NEST® Bottle Top Filters are mainly used in the isolation and purification of large volume samples in tissue culture medium and biological fluid. Included is the membrane diaphragm, and a graduated, transparent polystyrene funnel that you can connect to a receiving bottle of your choice (not included). The disposable vacuum filter utilizes a vacuum pump to provide pressure differentials for processing large volumes of tissue culture fluids and other laboratory fluid solutions and the volume of processed samples could be up to several liters.
