By purchasing and accepting delivery of products supplied by Cell Culture Collective, Inc. the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”).
Shipping Policy
Cell Culture Collective, Inc. uses express air freight and ground freight carriers to ensure reliable and timely product delivery. Customer service department will calculate shipping and handling rates at time of order processing. Rates requested during the quote period will be an estimate only and subject to change. Shipments requiring dry ice will be subject to an additional charge. If requesting other shipping arrangements, please inform customer service. at the time of your purchase. All shipping and related fees are subject to change without advance notice.
Return Policy
Upon receipt of product, it is the customer’s obligation to inspect and notify Cell Culture Collective, Inc. of any claims, errors, problems or damage within 2 business days by calling Customer Service at 800-748-1982. Failing to do so may result in acceptance of product. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on the original purchase price on returns that are not the result of any error or fault of Cell Culture Collective, shipping charges will not be credited. Returns are only accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase. In the event a return is authorized, a credit will be given. Products purchased without prior pre-testing do not qualify for a return.
Pricing
Any pricing quote provided by Cell Culture Collective, Inc. is firm only if you place a corresponding order within the time specified on the quote or, if no time period is mentioned, within 30 days.
Delivery of Products
All sales will be delivered via Cell Culture Collective’s shipping point unless otherwise noted. If shipping and handling charges are quoted or invoiced, they may include charges in addition to actual freight costs. Delivery of Products to the carrier at Cell Culture Collective’s shipping point shall constitute delivery to you, and you shall bear all risk of loss or damage in transit.
Immediately upon your receipt of any Products shipped hereunder, you shall inspect the same and shall notify Cell Culture Collective, Inc. in writing of any claims for shortages, defects or damages. If you fail to so notify Cell Culture Collective, Inc. within 2 business days after the Products have been received, such Products shall conclusively be deemed to conform to the terms and conditions hereof, and to have been irrevocably accepted by the you.
Credit
A credit may be issued at our discretion for the value of the product excluding shipping fees. Credit must be used within 6 months from the date of issue or and expire. A credit will note be authorized for use if there are any outstanding or past due balance on the account.
Payment and Interest
Terms of sale are NET 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise specified in writing.
Invoices remaining unpaid after their due date will be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate allowed by law). You must pay all costs of collection on unpaid amounts, including (without limitation) attorneys’ fees and related costs.
Your Use of our Products
Cell Culture Collective, Inc. products are intended primarily for laboratory research purposes or further manufacturing only, and unless otherwise stated on product labels, are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to, in vitro diagnostic purposes, in foods, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics for humans or animals or for commercial purposes.
Cell Culture Collective, Inc. makes no claim or warranty that a product will perform or is suitable for a customer’s application. It is the customer’s responsibility to evaluate and qualify the product’s suitability for the customer’s intended use of application. Furthermore, products that are biological material have lots that may vary so it is the customer’s responsibility to determine if an evaluation of each lot is warranted.
