The collection of Erlenmeyer Flasks are sterile and enzyme-free, and are intended for the culture of suspended cells and bacteria. In the culture process of mammalian cells and insect cells, the cells show strong viability and high protein expression in NEST Erlenmeyer Flasks, Baffled. The groove at the bottom forms a vortex that accelerates the reagent flow to improve the oxygen exchange rate between the surface and the outside for higher dissolved oxygen content.

The amount of culture medium should be well-controlled: around 30%-40% of the total volume of the flask.
